8 medium pasture-raised eggs
1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes 10 oz $12.99
1 tbsp dulse flakes
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
Black pepper
Boil the eggs. Then cool under cold, running water. Remove shells and slice each egg in half. Scoop out the yolks and transfer yolks to a mixing bowl. Mix with nutritional yeast, dulse, paprika, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then transfer the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Serve on a bed of mixed greens with fresh, sliced heirloom tomatoes.
