Manufacturer’s suggested dosage:
For night time use- Adults and children 12 years of age and older take 2-3 tablets one hour prior to bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Day time use- Adults and children 12 years of age and older take 1 tablet up to 3 times per day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
